About JusDraft

JusDraft is our in-house legal document drafting tool that was initially built with the support of HiiL (The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law), Lipco LAW FOR ALL, Debt Busters, Baobab Connect, The NPO Lawyer and NGO Advisor. The tool is used by non-profit organisations to assist, in particular, vulnerable woman and children who have been victims of crime and or abuse and don’t have access to legal services.

The service enables the drafting of legal documents or the ability to complete court forms/PDF's without the need for an attorney. JusDraft also features collaboration functionality enabling organisations to share documents within an internal team or externally with a client or partner law firm or legal services provider.

We have a range of legal libraries of documents which can be made accessible depending on the nature or your organisation and if you wish to service individuals or businesses.

How it works

On the left panel is a series of logic driven questions, the answer to one set of questions determines the next.

There are helpful explanations and practical examples next to each question.

As questions are answered, the document drafts in real time on the right panel.

Clauses are inserted, removed or altered resulting in a legal document that is tailored to the end users’ circumstances.

Where the document is a pdf form, fields are populated as questions are answered.

All documents are stored securely online for easy management and access.

They can be exported to Word or pdf, or shared internally with a colleague or externally with the end user or a partner organisation.

Collaboration functionality enables an organisation to share documents within an internal team or externally with a partner law firm or legal services provider.
