With 70% of the South African population not having a Will, the ramifications are enormous. Many people will pass away leaving their families, in particular their children, in a very uncomfortable position and potentially facing financial ruin.

Provide your clients or employees with an invaluable face-to-face will writing service, for FREE.

Testators (the person whose Will is being drafted) will be offered a low-cost insurance product (typically R78 to R300 per month) to cover estate duties, conveyancing costs, trustees’ fees and other legal fees can amount to hundreds of thousands of Rands.

For every person that opts for the insurance product (which most do), you will receive an introducers fee.

How it works

A consultant will get in touch with the end-client to arrange a day, time and place that is most convenient to meet – this could be their home, workplace or even a local coffee shop.

The consultant will take instructions and draft the end-client’s free Will.
Depending on requirements this can take between 20 and 40 minutes (considering the risks of not having a Will, this really isn’t much). During this time the consultant will be able to answer any questions the end-client may have.

The clients Will will be sent by email, along with instructions detailing what to do next. If any changes are required these will be implemented and a subsequent version again sent by email.
